近日，江苏徐州徐海路幼儿园发布的园内烧火做饭视频走红。刮鳞杀鱼、烙饼、灌香肠、卤猪头肉……在小小灶台前，孩子们全神贯注，做起饭来轻车熟路、有模有样。

A video showcasing children at a kindergarten in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, engaged in cooking activities has recently gone viral online. In the footage, kids are scaling and gutting fish, crafting pancakes, stuffing sausages, and preparing braised pork meat.

据张乾介绍，视频拍摄的是园内的生活课，从2020年开始就有了。刚开始在室内，去年开始在室外搭锅台烧饭，孩子们不仅烧火做饭，还养了鸡鸭兔子。

According to Zhang Qian, the principal of the kindergarten, the life skill lessons captured in the video have been integrated into the curriculum since 2020. Initially conducted indoors, the cooking sessions were transitioned to outdoor stoves last year. Beyond culinary skills, the children also raise chickens, ducks, and rabbits.

从孩子们投入的状态和娴熟的手法可以看出，他们经验丰富并且乐在其中，不是拿着玩具过家家，而是端着厨具认真干活。

Children are fully immersed in front of the tiny stoves, engaged in flattening dough, spreading crust, stir-frying vegetables, wrapping dumplings and so on. Their focused demeanor and adept techniques testify to rich experience and genuine enjoyment. They diligently wield utensils and take the culinary tasks seriously rather than playing games.

在去年中秋的一次蒸月饼活动中，园长观察到孩子们对烧火做饭特别感兴趣，于是决定在幼儿园的小院中搭建灶台，期待“有趣的故事将在这里发生”。

According to Zhang, the initiative to open the course stemmed from the children's keen interest in cooking during a mooncake-steaming event last Mid-Autumn Festival.

据园长讲述，幼儿园的灶台都是专门根据孩子们的身高“独家定制”的。灶台完工后，园长还和老师们一起举办了一个“隆重”的开锅仪式：剪彩、放鞭炮、贴福字，该给孩子们的仪式感一个不缺。仪式过后，孩子们便在老师们的陪伴下有模有样地炒起了菜，从此开启了幼儿园的做饭日常。

Zhang then decided to set up customized stoves in the kindergarten's courtyard, marking the occasion with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and firecracker display. With teachers' supervision, the children now engage in these activities, marking the start of a new culinary routine at the kindergarten.

对于这些生活劳动课程，家长们都特别支持，还主动给幼儿园送柴火。有远至哈尔滨、内蒙古等地的家长千里慕名来求学，现在幼儿园的报名已经排到后年了。

For these hands-on courses, parents are also wholeheartedly supportive, even voluntarily supplying firewood to the kindergarten. Moreover, parents from distant regions like Harbin and Inner Mongolia also seek enrollment, leading to a fully booked registration until the year after next.
