      A university on Tuesday denied a lecture it hosted contained "inappropriate content" after posts online claimed the speaker told students at another school that women should not have premarital sex.

      上周二，一所大学否认其举办的一场讲座包含“不当内容”——就在此前，网上有帖子反映，主讲人告诉另一所学校的学生，女性不应有婚前性行为。

      Ding Xuan, a lecturer from the China Women’s Development Foundation, gave a talk Sunday at Jiujiang University, East China’s Jiangxi Province on the topic "How to be a model woman in the new era," news portal guancha.cn reported Thursday.

      周日，中国妇女联合基金会的讲师丁璇在中国东部江西省的九江学院举办了一场讲座，主题是“如何做新时代的窈窕淑女”，据新闻门户网站观察网报道。

      Ding revealed "how women can bring luck to their husbands’ families" and how "women’s virtues are a family’s pillars," the report added.

      丁讲授了“女人如何旺夫齐家”，以及“女德仍齐家之要”等。

      A student who attended a lecture Ding gave at another school posted pictures on Sina Weibo that sparked outcry.

      一名学生参加了丁在另一所学校的讲座，将相关图片上传到了新浪微博，引起了强烈抗议。

      The pictures claim to show Ding’s slideshow which reads "it is very vulgar if women wear revealing clothes and this causes men’s sexual insults" and "being a virgin is the best gift for a husband."

      这些图片展示了丁在讲座中的一些PPT，上面写着“女性衣着暴露，是非常低俗的表现，易失身”，还说“女孩最好的嫁妆就是贞操”。

      Jiujiang University denies that Ding’s lecture at their school contained such material。.

      九江学院出面澄清，丁在该校的讲座中并没有这些言论。

      "The slides posted online are not from the lecture held in our school which contained no inappropriate content," a university staff member said.

      校方一名工作人员表示，“网上的这些PPT并不是出自我校的讲座，我们没有讲授不当内容。”

      "Ding’s lecture can help schoolgirls respect themselves and find happiness," Jiujiang University said on Sina Weibo Tuesday.

      星期二，九江学院在新浪微博上表示，“丁的讲座能帮助女生自尊自爱，找到快乐。”

      Ding has not made any comment as of press time.
